Which ammunition is recommended for use in my fiream?
firearms are designed to function with a variety of brands and types of ammunition in the appropriate caliber, but not all ammunition produces the same results. We recommends that you carefully read and understand your manual to determine which caliber is appropriate. We do not endorse any one brand, and recommend a visit to a pistol range to test fire different brands of ammunition in the appropriate caliber. +P is not suggested for models made prior to 1980. COLT DOES NOT RECOMMEND THE USE OF RELOADED AMMUNITION.
How can i get a date of manufacture on my fiream?
Use the Serial Number Lookup feature under CUSTOMER SERVICESSERIAL NUMBER LOOKUP. If further information is needed about your firearm or a Historical Letter, contact Colt Archive Services
Do we have a warranty?
We do not offer an express warranty, but acknowledges implied Magnuson-Moss Act obligations. Colt products will be serviced for defects in original factory materials or workmanship to the original purchaser at no charge for one year from the date of retail purchase. Cosmetic blemishes and damage from normal wear and tear, abuse, neglect, improper ammunition, or to finishes/coatings are excluded. Your website shows out of stock is this fiream available?
The inventory available for direct purchase on coltpython.store represents available distributor inventory from all of our major distributors. If dealer orders exceed distributor inventory, then firearms will show as out of stock, even though they’re being actively sold through to dealers. Please contact your local stocking dealer for more up-to-date availability.
How many Magazines are included with my Fiream?
As of November 2018, all Firearms ship with (1) factory magazine.
